Berlin 2012

The annual summit was held in the impressive Münzsalon in the edgy Mitte district of Berlin.

Guest speaker Harald Welzer, director of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Memory Research in Essen delivered his perspective on transformation and the social and cultural impact of change. This was followed by a free flowing discussion with Two Heads members contributing their culturally diverse thoughts and opinions on how design can influence change.

Anja Heinemann and Ines Góebel, design consultants from EPEA, presented a workshop on Cradle to Cradle techniques with all members actively participating prior to all parties coming together for a spirited think tank aimed at reconciling these innovative insights into the way forward for a design delivered sustainable future.
